Sha-Sha-Sha-Sharpie!

Ch-Ch-Ch-Chia! I'm sorry. I don't know what came over me there. I have a large range of Sharpie colors. I'm not really sure what to do with this many though. I used to use them for labeling tubes in the lab but now I'm not there anymore. These Sharpies are so lost without a purpose.

What do you lovely people do with your Sharpies? Doodle and draw? Label things? ... Sniff? They do smell good. Solventy.

I used them to label ziplock bags when I partition food, as well write out recipients' info when I sent out packages. I got so tire of the black one, so I got a purple one instead. After all, it is dark enough so the postman can still read it.

I love the way Sharpies smell! Sadly, mine are gathering dust, as I don't have any paper they don't bleed through.

Did you see the post about the guy who decorated his whole basement?

I think a "large range of Sharpie colors" would be an understatement! I am in awe of your collection.... I don't use Sharpies much myself, since I don't like the way they smell, but if I had even half the number of colors that you have, I am sure I would use them for all sorts of doodling and drawing - mostly of mandalas and other abstract designs.

@Shangching - You actually use yours for very useful purposes! Impressive. If I ever cook and get to the stage of life of partitioning food, I will certainly do the same hehe

@Rori - That's the case with these bad boys. I guess I could get some really thick watercolor paper or something for them...

@Julie - I did!! Gutsy. I could never do that because I'd probably screw up lol. .. I wonder how many he used up...

@Heather - I know. I'm a little ashamed of the collection. In my defense, my dad got a lot of them from work and they never used them so I was like... *yoink* hehe. I am now learning how to do zentangles and have found I'm burning through my ink like crazy so I really should start to incorporate these on a larger scale. I bet it would be awesome.

We have a Siamese that developed a tiny white spot on her nose from an injury.  Sometimes, for giggles, I use a Sharpie to return it to all black.

That's adorable and hilarious. My Ragdoll has four white hairs on the end of his grey nose. I should try that. I'm sure he'd be thrilled lol
