I flushed with warm water and a few drops of dish soap. If you have household ammonia, you can add a few drops of that as well. I was too lazy to dig mine out, but if the pen gave trouble, I would have gotten it out.Azizah Asgaralihttp://www.gourmetpens.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2484890041572022255.post-35245205287398917932013-08-25T08:35:14.686-04:002013-08-25T08:35:14.686-04:00Thank you! The color schemes also look enticing. My concern was the quality control I had read about.howie86noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2484890041572022255.post-67622915341373717822013-08-25T00:22:29.547-04:002013-08-25T00:22:29.547-04:00No nib adjusting was needed whatsoever on this one...No nib adjusting was needed whatsoever on this one - it was perfectly set up. I didn't remove the nib and feed when I flushed it. Aside from flushing it, I did nothing to prepare it.Azizah Asgaralihttp://www.gourmetpens.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2484890041572022255.post-87311043218122607982013-08-25T00:21:57.706-04:002013-08-25T00:21:57.706-04:00LOL yeah, great odds, huh?
