  • Really nice shading.
  • Flows well.

  • Scent can be off-putting if you are sensitive to smells (or just dislike scented inks).
  • Not water resistant at all.

OVERALL

I love shading inks, and I have found that light to medium inks tend to shade the best, especially since I use stub, broad, and flex nibs. It's no surprise then that I really enjoy the shading of this ink! I could live without the scent because I find it a weird mixture of a chemical orange and floral blend, but it fades quickly and isn't too strong. It resembles Pelikan Edelstein Amber very, very closely, and is not as expensive.
